Website Listing Description
The SitePro 07-4364-FY Thumb-Release Anti-Crush Bipod is a professional aluminum survey bipod designed to provide stable, freestanding support for GPS/GNSS antenna poles and prism poles while helping protect the pole from damage caused by excessive clamping pressure.
The 07-4364-FY features SitePro's open-face anti-crush clamping system, engineered to provide a secure, non-slip grip while helping prevent users from over-tightening the clamp and crushing the prism pole. The open-face design also makes pole installation fast and convenient in the field.
The bipod accommodates poles from 1" to 1-1/2" (25–38 mm) in diameter. Poles measuring approximately 1" to 1.25" (25.4–32 mm) can be inserted easily through the open-face head, while 1.5" (38 mm) poles can be attached through the top of the open-face clamp.
Independent thumb-release push buttons allow each leg to be adjusted separately, providing flexibility when setting up on slopes, rough terrain, and uneven construction surfaces. Replaceable points improve long-term serviceability, while an included Velcro strap secures the legs during transportation.
Constructed from aluminum and finished in highly visible Flo-Yellow, the 07-4364-FY extends to 71" (182 cm), collapses to 42" (108 cm), and weighs approximately 4.7 lb (2.13 kg). SitePro also specifies that its bipods include a carrying case with carrying strap.
